We were woken up at 7am on a Saturday by the sounds of hammering directly above us.

I woudl have almost given a good review, but alas! Our first room was filthy, dust everywhere and hair on the floor. A classic touch, I guess? Plus, the hallways were absolutely begging for a clean-up. Expected a warm welcome gift for my troubles, but apparently that’s only for certain guests.

Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers, Sapphire Valley has a lovely common area with a fireplace and comfortable seating, making it not only inviting but also accessible for seniors to relax and enjoy their time indoors.

The front entrance smells like an ashtray!!! We endured unclean rooms and hallways that were visibly neglected!!! Hot water issues dampened the experience!!! No bath products in the room!!!

The rooom had a whirlpool and a hot tub that were perfect after hiking. The kitchen came with a microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee maker for snacks and drinks. The bathroom was resort-like, spacious, and clean. Nice views of the mountains from the rocking chairs on the porch. Great breakfast with fresh baked goods and coffee.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! The staff was super friendly, and we loved the great service. We enjoyed skiing and white water rafting during our stay. It’s a little remote, but we found it charming. Definitely recommend asking about upgrades during check-in. Overall, a pleasant stay in a nicely maintained hotel that felt cozy and welcoming.

Overall, it was a nice weekend getaway to explore the nearby trails and lakes.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, a great indoor pool, and 24-hour security. I remember losing my car keys on my first stay, and the staff was super helpful in finding them. I highly recommend the jacuzzi for a relaxing evening! I'm coming back for Easter.
